Rocking Gait Stables is a small farm located in Shepherdsville, KY. We breed, raise and train wonderful and colorful family friendly horses. Our breeding program now includes a Silver Dapple Grulla, a Silver Dapple Smokey Grulla and a Silver Dapple Roan with two copies of the Silver Dapple gene. Our mare's bloodlines are a veritable who's who of the Rocky Mountain breed with the added bonus of rare and beautiful colors and we are excitedly looking forward to their progeny.

Carbon's Swingin' Sweetheart, winner of the Inaugural SMHA Versatility Award at the 2006 KMSHA/SMHA Grand Championships, unanimous winner of the 4yr & Older Trail Obstacle class at the 2006 KMSHA/SMHA International Grand Championships and winner of the Spotted Mountain Western class at the 2008 UMH World Show.
Peg's Shine on Silk, winner of the Weanling/Yearling In-Hand Trail Obstacle Class at the 2009 KMSHA/SMHA International Grand Championships. 2011 RMHA 3yr old Trail Pleasure High Point Winner.
Alliance's Clair De Lune, winner of the Weanling/Yearling In-Hand Trail Obstacle Class at the 2010 KMSHA/SMHA International Grand Championships, 2010 RMHA High Point Yearling Conformation and is currently 1 of only 3 known Silver Dapple Smokey Grullas in the RMHA registry and the only filly.
