This exquisite gentleman came to us from Golden Gaits Farm in Shelbyville, TN. His sire is Multi-Champion Alan's Belfast Bandit and his dam is a Battle Colors mare. He is a Buckskin Tobiano and has been tested to be Homozygous for Tobiano and Heterozygous for black/red gene, agouti gene and creme gene. This guy is a genetic rainbow from parents with talent galore. Look for him the show ring 2008.

"Doesn't he look good in purple??"
The genetics of Battle of Belfast allow him to throw multiple color combinations. He is homozygous for the tobiano gene and will always throw a spotted baby. He is heterozygous for the black gene meaning he can throw a black or chestnut spotted foal. He also carries one copy of the agouti gene which causes a bay foal. Lastly, he also has a creme gene that causes palomino, buckskin, cremello/perlino (2 copies of the creme gene), and smokey black.
Besides his color, Battle of Belfast has beautiful conformation. His head is perfect, his back and neck conform in length and his legs are strong and straight. He has a nice 45 degree shoulder and loose hips. His sire is a multi-grand champion under saddle and in Conformation classes. His dam is a fine featured mare by Battle Colors whose prodigy have excelled in the show ring.
No matter which way you go this stallion has it ALL.
