All classes with the exception of Lead Line and Stick Horse will be awarded a trophy for first place and ribbons for the first six places.

  2. HALTER CLASS – Horses 2 years and older
  3. HALTER CLASS – Weanling and Yearling
  4. TRAIL PLEASURE – Rider 17 and under*. Walk, Favorite Gait (singlefoot).

  6. LADIES PLANTATION PLEASURE – Rider 18 and over*. Walk, Running Walk
  7. PERUVIAN  -  Paso Llano, Sobreandando, Walk
  8. OPEN WALK- TROT OR JOG – English or Western Tack
  9. GENTLEMEN PLANTATION PLEASURE – Rider 18 and older*. Walk, Running Walk
  10. COUNTRY PLEASURE JUVENILE – Rider 12 and under*. Walk, Intermediate Gait (singlefoot)
  11. PLANTATION PLEASURE OPEN – Walk, Running Walk, Canter
  12. PASO FINO PLEASURE – Corto, Largo, Walk
  13. TRAIL PLEASURE – Rider 18 and over*. Walk, Favorite Gait (singlefoot)
  14. STYLE RACKING – Flat Shod.  Show Walk, Style Rack
  15. SUNSET CLASS – Riders 55 and older.  Walk, Favorite Gait (singlefoot)
  16. OPEN WALK / TROT or JOG/ CANTER or LOPE – English or Western Tack
  17. OPEN WALKING HORSE COUNTRY PLEASURE – Walk, Running Walk
  18. OPEN MOUNTAIN PLEASURE – Show Walk, Mountain Pleasure Gait, Trail Walk
  19. OPEN COUNTRY PLEASURE – Walk, Trot or Jog, Halt, Back on the Rail
  20. COUNTRY PLEASURE LADIES – Rider 18 and over*. Walk, Favorite Gait (singlefoot)
  21. PASO FINO PERFORMANCE – English Tack. Corto, Largo, Walk. Performance attire optional
  22. ROCKY MOUNTAIN OPEN PLEASURE – Show Walk, Mountain Pleasure Gait, Trail Walk
  23. NANCY PERKINS MEMORIAL CLASS – Spotted Walking Horse – Walk, Running Walk
  24. COUNTRY PLEASURE GENTLEMEN – Rider 18 and over*. Walk, Favorite Gait (singlefoot)
  25. GAITED POLE CLASS – Must not break gait.
  26. TRAIL OBSTACLE CLASS – pattern to be posted at entry booth

Age of rider as of January 1st.

Helmets required for riders 17 and under.

No Artificial Devices Allowed on Grounds.

At the discretion of the Judge, a single entry for a class will go into an alternate class, judged independently, with first place award being presented for the original class entry.

Class with more than 15 participants will be split accordingly.

No refunds for paid entry fees. Substitutions will be allowed.

No cross-entries between juvenile and adult classes.

GATE FEE: $1 per person (children 6 and under free).

ENTRY FEES: $6 per class, $4 per class CKGHA Members; $2 per class Lead Line and Stick Horse.

ENTRIES MUST BE IN 2 CLASSES BEFORE CLASS IS CALLED.

DRESS CODE: (including handlers and headers) Shirt w/collar; shoe w/heel; long pants; no baseball caps.
